MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a Commercial Manager for our @One Alliance framework. The @one Alliance is a totally collaborative organisation made up of seven partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO) and their extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.

You’ll work collaboratively with hiring managers and our partner recruitment teams by providing first class advice and guidance on all recruitment activities. Working in a proactive fashion, you’ll manage each recruitment campaign to attract and select the best candidates ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience is at the heart of all we do as we look to be an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and partner teams to ensure you are viewed as a subject matter expert who delivers the best candidate experience consistently
• Create and publish attractive adverts and recruitment campaigns that relates to diverse yet suitable candidate pools whilst promoting the @one alliance brand, including attending careers fairs and suitable forums, to showcase our offering
  
• Undertake direct sourcing to support current and future resourcing requirements
  
• Optimise the Application Tracking System (Workday) and BI Power Dashboard to understand key recruitment metrics and establish trends and patterns to drive improvements and different ways of working to meet our established resource plan/forecast
  
  
• Take a lead on arranging, facilitating and hosting assessment centres and hiring manager training sessions
  
• Understand areas of improvement by participating in project work relating to recruitment, on boarding and retention
