As the Recruitment Administrator you will assist with all Recruitment needs of the business, based in the USA. Your role will be varied and no day will be the same, if you want to kickstart your Recruitment career, apply today!

Your Key Responsibilities

- Screening all resumes from job boards including Indeed and Linkedin

- Calling all candidates for a telephone screening

- Arranging second/final stage interviews with leaders in the business

- Working closely with the Recruiter in London to ensure all processes are running smoothly

- Admin tasks including onboarding, and updating spreadsheets of weekly activity

- Keeping the leaders updated with any activity on candidates

- Ensuring all adverts are up to date on the job boards

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
