The role
This role works within a small and very busy team. It’s a hands-on role responsible for supporting and driving all recruitment strategies.
Focusing daily on all recruitment activity ensuring it reflects the latest vacancies, professional selection process, positive candidate experience and market lead, to provide suitable candidates for assigned positions.
Who you are
- You will thrive on being organised, love to follow processes ensuring the work produced is of the highest standard and most importantly accurate.
- Working within a busy environment you will work well under pressure, prioritise and have the desire to work as part of a team.
- Advanced ability to use all MS Office packages, is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry, is desirable.
What you’ll be doing
- Advertising vacancies on careers pages, job boards and social networks
- Assisting with arranging interviews
- Assisting line managers in preparation for their interviews
- Ensuring all communications are delivered in a timely manner
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager to schedule social media posts, careers fairs & recruitment events
- Representing Beaverbrook externally at career fairs to increase brand awareness
