Join BBF as our new Recruitment Coordinator! Reporting to the Group Recruitment & Media Manager, you will take ownership of the recruitment process, working collaboratively with hiring managers and sourcing the best candidates to join us!
The internal recruitment team was set up in late 2021 and has come on leaps and bounds since – saving the company over a quarter of million pounds year on year. Not only that, we’re continuously raising the bar by improving our employer brand with lots of fun and engaging talent attraction strategies through our BBF social media channels (feel free to take a look)!
Who are we looking for?
Are you a confident and dynamic communicator who thrives on bringing fantastic talent into a business?
As a proactive problem solver with an ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ and a sharp eye for detail, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of top-tier talent.
In this role you will maintain high standards of quality, meticulously screening CVs and conducting insightful telephone interviews to identify exceptional candidates who align with our vision. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll build strong relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment journey.
Previous recruitment experience isn’t necessary; however, you will have some form of commercial experience. An ambition to progress and continuously seek ways to improve the way we do things is essential.

The role of Recruitment Coordinator at BBF
- Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Sourcing candidates for live vacancies through adverts and proactive searches (job boards, LinkedIn etc.)
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates (screening CVs)
- Completing and distributing recruitment authority forms (RAFs) through our E-Signature software to relevant stakeholders
- Liaising with candidates in a timely manner, keeping them updated on the status of their application.
- Sending interview confirmations and calendar invites to candidates and hiring managers.
- Completing necessary paperwork in relation to new starters.
- Assist with the onboarding of new starters.
- Assist with the creation of employer branding content, including videos.
