Recruiter/HR Support (Federal Government Positions)

**Must have Federal Government Recruiting Experience**

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support company recruiting efforts for Federal Government positions and support other HR functions. This position can be full time or part time. Telework supported.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the HR team to see candidates through the recruitment cycle
• Source passive candidates from various pools of talent
• Experience recruiting various levels of technical and other professionals for various agencies
• Speak with candidates and conduct soft skill and technical interviews
• Ability to communicate skills in job responsibilities
• Develop and execute candidate search strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Experience with CRM tools such as CATSONE preferred
• Post openings in other appropriate venues
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
• Provide HR support and perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, with ability to lead and manage multiple simultaneous requisitions
• Ability to accommodate changing situations and respond resourcefully to new demands or circumstances
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools as needed

Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years of related recruiting experience required
• Experience in government contracting preferred
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
