About the role...
Working within the Healthcare Recruitment industry, the Recruitment Manager‘s responsibility is to ensure that the company is compliantly recruiting various healthcare staff to maintain a growing database of temporary workers. You are expected to provide support in identifying and attracting healthcare professionals by closely observing the recruitment team’s activity of increasing the prospective candidates on a weekly basis whilst keeping accurate data on our systems. You will be managing a team of six recruiters and will be assessing the suitability of all the candidates resourced ensuring that the company is conducting its business in adherence to all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to the healthcare industry.
About you…
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and, on top of that, you should be able to have a proven experience in team management, great listening skills and ability to confidently build strong work relationship with the team members.
This is a MUST for the successful manager.
What you will bring to the business is a strong knowledge of the employment and recruitment laws in place, and you will expect to work closely with the compliance manager to ensure that the candidate’s journey runs smooth from A to Z .
What we, as a business, expect from you?
Proven managerial experience in the last (minimum) three years to present
Proven knowledge and experience in the recruitment sector.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Confidence in terms of making decisions for your team and for the business.
Strong knowledge of social media network and professional job boards
Ability to understand the impact of diversity in the healthcare sector
Ability to motivate and engage with the team effectively and not in a patronising manner (to simplify, a genuine friendly approach.)
Capacity to build relationships, to manage and to communicate efficiently.
Excellent communication skills overall, strong phone interviewing, screening, and evaluating potential talents.
Consistent knowledge of the healthcare industry’s standards and regulations in place
Excellent Microsoft skills & records keeping and reporting skills.
A genuine analytical mind able to “see” ahead and to implement procedures and regulations if/when applicable.

Salary: £42,000.00 per year
