Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow safe systems of work
  • Maintain transactional accuracy through the use of work instructions.
  • Follow standard work instructions / processes / procedures to produce quality products
  • To support the business objectives of zero scrap
  • Maintain levels of housekeeping within work area and work stations.
  • Act within Kawneer values
  • To support the business through participation in the continual development of processes and procedures in order to improve the safety, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the business.
  • To take part in training organized by the business.
  • To support the business objectives of an incident free work place

Knowledge & Experience

  • The successful candidates must be self-motivated to achieving operational objectives and adept at working as both a member of a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeric skills is a must for these roles.
  • Reliable and accountable.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Shift Pattern Available:

12 hour shifts on a 3 week rolling pattern. Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm/6pm - 6am, averaging 40 hours:

  • Week 1 - 3 x days
  • Week 2 - 3 x nights
  • Week 3 - 2 x days and 2 x nights

Overtime may be available on weekends. Hourly, weekly pay. Temporary contract to begin. Permanent roles available.
