Summary
Location - Preston Area
LTA/Reed Education are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a 'good' school in the Preston PR1 area.
The role is a new full time position covering 5 days per week, the hours are 08:30 - 15:30 starting after easter which will be until the summer term.
The role will be in two different KS2 classes supporting groups of children also assisting with 1:1 support of two children with SEN in the different classes.
The candidate must have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working with SEN.
Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:
Monitoring targets for future progress
Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers
Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils
Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the schools practice
Excellent behaviour management skills
