Job description
Duties:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various positions
- Utilize recruitment tools such as social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to attract candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including employee orientation and paperwork completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to build a talent pipeline
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to effectively utilize social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Experience with cold calling and conducting interviews
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
