What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Recruitment Officer to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Advertising and attracting candidates for front line roles, sourcing high calibre candidates
Consistently reviewing candidate attraction in line with our competitors
Manage and coordinate the selection and assessment processes including cv sifts, telephone screening and interviewing candidates ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit and inclusive
Provide feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process
Working closely and building relationships with our existing business and hiring managers to understand their needs, tailoring our recruitment to suit to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
Meeting individual monthly recruitment targets
Consistently striving to reduce external agency spend
Full management of all administration tasks
Who you are:
Our ideal Recruitment Officer will:
Ideally, you will have previous experience of recruiting in the catering/ hospitality sector.
Experience of high volume of permanent recruitment
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and work alone
Have high Standards and be quality driven
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
A 'Can-do' attitude
Excellent communication skills are a MUST
Attention to detail
Computer literate
