In the role of Recruiter Aberdeen you will make the difference by filling our vacancies with the best candidates from the market onshore and offshore. And indeed, we are not looking for the easiest profiles. This means that you have to pull out all the stops to find that one, often scarce, talent from the market and to entice it to choose Boskalis. In short, you will do everything except 'post & pray'!

You are the sparring partner for the business in the field of recruitment. Together with the HR Manager and the hiring manager, you map out the recruitment issue. This way you can get started with devising and initiating actions to bring the vacancy to the attention of the target group. You don't have to do all this alone, because the team of recruitment specialists is happy to support you.

This team consists of fellow recruitment colleagues, an Employer Branding Specialist, Sourcers, and Campus Recruiters.

What you will do as a Recruiter

You are at the start of a candidate’s career with Boskalis, so you always put the candidate first and you ensure an excellent candidate experience.

You ensure a correct service level towards the business by strong stakeholder management and you anticipate changing needs in time. You provide solicited and unsolicited advice on recruitment issues. Building a relevant internal and external network. You process the administration of your procedures in our system SmartRecruiters.

What you bring

You can make a difference as a Recruiter if you bring the following:

• 
  At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter on the agency or corporate side. Experience with international recruitment and technical profiles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive experience in using (online) channels to find the right candidates and to entice them to apply.
• Excellent conversational and organizational sensitivity skills.
• Affinity with the industry and associated business activities of Boskalis Subsea Services.
• Interested in everything related to recruitment.

Extra information

• Your team: Working as part of the Boskalis Subsea Services HR team as well as you will be part of the international recruitment team in the Netherlands, Abu Dhabi and Lithuania.
• Where you will work: The role is based in our office in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. All employees have the option to work two days from home weekly also.
• Full-time job: The position of Recruiter ideally is full time, 35 hours per week; but we are open for part time
• Procedure: All you need to do to apply for a job is to complete the online application form and send it to us along with your CV.
