Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recipe Creator and Food Stylist to join our Digital Engagement Team within our Cake Marketing department.
Welcome to the heart of the baking world! We are a leading baking company renowned for our exceptional baking products, and we're searching for dedicated and innovative talent to join our team. As the Recipe Creator and Food Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring bakers to bake with our brand through the creation of high-quality recipes and engaging content.

Your Future: What will I be doing?
- Create and refine baking recipes that showcase our range of products. This involves jumping on trends, experimenting with ingredients, flavours, and techniques.
- Food prepping and styling on shoot. Ensure that all bakes look great on set through expert food styling. Making sure all the shots align with our brand's look and feel.
- Working with the digital team to create on-trend recipe and baking hack videos for TikTok and Instagram.
Your Strengths: What skills do I need to succeed?
- A passion for baking and a deep understanding of baking techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- An appreciation for brand consistency and excellence.
The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
