My client is a leading Specialist Insurer and they are looking for multiple PMO Analysts (at different levels of seniority) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to join their Modernisation change programme.
The Modernisation programme is an ambitious multi-year programme, delivering value across my client’s functions globally. Given the scale of the programme, there is significant value-at-stake and a high level of execution complexity.
As the Portfolio Integration Analyst (PMO Analyst), you will support the Head of Modernisation and the Head of Portfolio Integration in the day to day running of the Modernisation Programme Management Office. Their key responsibilities include:
- Ensure processes are in place to control the programme, including consistent RAID management, up to date initiative’s charters and change control processes, key design decisions logs and integrated programme plan.
- Resolve dependencies across the Modernisation building blocks and with non-Modernisation change programmes.
- Drive consistency by sharing best practices (e.g. planning and RAID standards) and implementing the standardised ways of working across all initiatives.
- Document Modernisation programme wide forums e.g. Design Authority Working Group and Delivery Leads.
- Facilitate oversight and assurance of the programme e.g. being key liaison with 1st and 2nd line risk reviews.
- Ensure timely, consistent and actionable MI is available to key stakeholder groups.
- Holding the central programme budget and providing forecasts and actuals on a monthly basis.
Required Skills/Capabilities:
- Several years of experience working as a Portfolio Integration Analyst or PMO Analyst
- Ability to understand the E2E programme structure, plan and expected business outcomes.
- Comfortable understanding the delivery content of the various Modernisation programme initiatives.
- Great knowledge of PMO tools, methodologies and processes.
- Ability to analyse a range of complex data and present analytical findings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
