We are currently recruiting for motivated, organized Full Time/ Part Time and Flexible working receptionists/ Admin Clerks
As a receptionist/admin clerk you will represent the brand and welcome the guest on arrival. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service meeting the company’s standards whilst maximizing sales. You will also play a Key role of managing the administrative processes within the clinic.
You will ensure the smooth running of the reception with all areas operating a high-quality service.
- Keep the reception area tidy and the focal point for guest’s arrival.
- To have maximum knowledge of all products, service standards, procedures, and company policies. Essential Skills and Experience:
- A passion and energy for people skills and flair for delivering excellent customer service.
Experience of managing administrative process in an organized and efficient way
- Must be very friendly and professional in approach.
- 12 months experience in a similar role
At least one years of experience in the Aesthetic/Beauty/Medical Industry
Taking payments and handling invoices
Making and managing bookings at the reception
Diary management
Checking Vitals of Patients – Consent Forms, Treatment Notes, Financials are all complete

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
