Reports To:
Directly to your line manager and then to the production manager, any health and safety concerns should be reported through these channels but if not addressed can be escalated to the responsible person or the managing director.
Job Description:
The role of a production worker within our team is to carry out various tasks within our busy production facility manufacturing bespoke timber fire doors, you will be required to safely lift heavy objects so good physical health is required along with excellent verbal communication skills and a positive proactive attitude. You will be required to conform to health and safety procedures and will be on your feet for long periods of time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Feed raw materials into production machinery
· Assemble goods on production lines
· Monitor production process
· Carry out basic quality checks
· Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
· Use lifting equipment
· Pack goods to be shipped
· Maintain and clean work areas and equipment

· Effective time management and reliable attendance.
· Low wastage and non-conformance rate.
· Excellent productivity.
· Clear and effective communication within the team.
·workplace cleanliness.
