Job Title: Receptionist
Job Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, while also handling administrative tasks for the organization. Your primary role is to ensure that all guests and clients receive a warm welcome and prompt service, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner, and provide appropriate assistance as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in good working condition.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Keep reception and common areas tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and out of the building as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
