We are looking for a Receptionist/Trainee Legal Secretary for our Harworth Branch
You will be responsible for providing receptionist, secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Duties will include:-
- Administrative support including filing and photocopying
- Receiving and making telephone calls with clients and professionals
- Organising and maintaining files, both in hardcopy and electronically
- Diary management for our lawyers
- Reception Cover
Skills required:-
- Knowledge of Word applications and typing skills would be beneficial, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload.
