We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our Commercial Team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy a Car Allowance/ Company Car, 26 days holiday, private medical cover and even more. Location: Basingstoke - remote working available, with travel to the office and sites required : Full Time, Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Responsibilities As a Bid Manager you’ll be working within the Commercial Team supporting them in Bid processes across the business. Your day to day will include: Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process. Manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities * Establish a clear understanding of the client bid requirements/key deliverables and work with business development to develop a win plan for each opportunity. Lead bid team at internal adjudication, ensuring procedures are followed and the bid is well prepared. Manage kick off meetings, solution development and mid-bid meetings with internal stakeholders.
