What You'll Do:
On our Junior Leadership Programme, you'll dive headfirst into a comprehensive four-month training program designed to equip you with all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a managerial role. You'll be guided by seasoned professionals who will be with you every step of the way as you learn the ropes and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business.
From mastering the art of our famous finger lickin’ chicken to overseeing daily operations, you'll get a taste of what it takes to lead a high-performing team. Your role will involve:
Assisting with day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.Learning essential managerial skills, such as scheduling, team coordination, and effective communication, to lead a motivated and efficient team.
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving and a friendly demeanour.
Collaborating with colleagues and other managers to maintain high-quality standards and uphold our brand's reputation.
Embracing a continuous learning mindset, taking feedback constructively, and applying it to improve your skills and performance.
