Order Fulfillment Associate
Bohemian Findings, a leading e-commerce jewelry supply store, is relocating to Pointe-Claire! For over 10 years, Bohemian Findings has been dedicated to offering the best quality jewelry supplies at reasonable prices. We stock over 30,000 unique supplies and are a one-stop-shop for jewelry makers all over the world.
We currently have one openings in our Order Fulfillment Department. We are seeking one part-time Order Fulfillment Clerk to work 8am - noon, Monday to Friday.
Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Associate is focused on accurately picking and packaging orders for shipment. The Order Fulfillment Associate is assigned a cart that is to be wheeled around the warehouse to different bookshelves to count and pick items listed on a Packaging List.
Hours: 8 a.m. – noon. Monday to Friday (part time)
Responsibilities:
Picking and preparing jewelry supply products for customers
Processing incoming shipments and putting away orders to proper locations
Ensuring accuracy and verifying quality and quantity of products being picked/received
Packaging customer orders in appropriate shipping boxes or envelopes
Ensuring a clean & organized work environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
Required Skills
Experience working in a warehouse considered a plus
High school diploma in progress or completed
Good communication skills; must speak and read English
Employees will be subjected to a criminal background check
