We are currently looking for a Receptionist and Hospitality Host to join our team based at a leading London law firm in Mayfair, on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role is hands-on, and it involves a wide range of tasks across both the Reception and Hospitality functions. On the reception side of the role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, taking calls on the switchboard, and managing the booking of meeting rooms. Alongside this, you will assist the hospitality team in the setup of meeting rooms, as well as carrying out the service for the guests during the meeting.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and organised. They will have an eye for detail, and a friendly, positive, can-do attitude.
A background in delivering exceptional service within a top end hospitality or corporate reception environment is desirable.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week between 7am and 7pm, from Mon-Fri
