Please note the base site will be Moray House in Elgin with expectations of travel to various Scotch sites across the North of Scotland, so a driving license will be needed.
About the Role
- You'll be responsible for collaborating closely with HSE and support site in taking care of site based regulatory issues.
- Attend sites health & safety incidents as and when required, Support with H&S Accident & Incident investigations to ensure standard process is followed and that the completion of investigations is within measured time scales
- Lead work streams to focus on driving continuous improvement & incident reduction
- You’ll deliver training on health & safety across site and support delivery of health and safety improvement programmes that drive the site/site business areas health & safety strategy.
- Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other key performance indicators and targets.
About You
- NEBOSH Certificate qualification in Occupational Safety & Health
- Tech SP Membership of Institute Occupational Safety & Health
- Health & safety leadership experience and a track record in a food / drink manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in handling health & safety incidents & activities
- Auditor qualification
- Multi-site experience within a health and safety environment
