THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for exceptional candidates to join us in the role of Receptionist at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. Reporting into the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to all hotel guests. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered. Your role will include reception duties and dealing with all guest requests. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
The main responsibility of the position is to look after the security of the hotel and guests along with administrative duties. These include, checking in guests and checking out. Dealing with any questions and general inquires. ONQPM knowledge is desirable but not required.
WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?
Your new role of Receptionist will see you working in the Hilton Aberdeen on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA).
This role will be one of the appointments for the 200 bedroom Hilton in Aberdeen. The hotel forms part of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA), will include an executive lounge and up to 8 meeting rooms of variable sizes along with a cocktail bar, two very stylish speciality restaurants, fitness centre and wet leisure and spa facilities.
