Front Office Receptionist -Full time permanent Role - Central Glasgow (close to Bothwell Street)
- £24,750 pa
- Monday to Friday
- Days - 8 hours per day - variable start times (earliest is 07.00)
- Central Glasgow
Main Duties will include:
- Working on the reception of a large modern office building in central Glasgow
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building reception area
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
- Telephone, administration and data entry work
- Carrying out basic stock checks and making sure the staff kitchen is correctly stocked (tea, coffee etc)
- Receiving incoming post and parcels and sending post
- Helping out in the small company shop
Essential Requirements:
- Very good previous receptionist experience
- Well presented and confident with great communication skills
- Be happy to carry out some basic retail duties in the in small company shop
- Very good customer service experience
- Be prepared to carry out stock checks
- Be prepared to carry out spot cleaning in the reception area
- Central Glasgow
£24,750 per annum
Monday to Friday - days - some variable start times will be required (earliest is 07.00)
