ACI is offering the perfect opportunity for anybody wishing to get their career started as a producer of international business conferences. We have a fresh, vibrant and driven team that is looking to add one entry-level candidate to start work on producing their own portfolio of conferences.
The role of Conference Producer is multi-faceted so you can guarantee that no two days will be quite the same. It is also a position of responsibility as you will also learn to project manage each of the events within your portfolio. Speaker recruitment by far accounts for the majority of work but this also includes network & relationship building, telephone research with experts from many different industries worldwide ranging from electric vehicles and biobased coatings to biostimulants and microgrids, agenda writing and running your events on site.

The starting gross annual basic salary for this role starts at £25,000 on top of which incentives and profit shares are added as the basic pay progresses at regular intervals through an internal pay rise targets process.
We currently work from the office three days a week and from home two days a week. The office days are currently Monday, Tuesday & Friday but this is subject to change due to seating availability in our office.
