Job description

As the company continues to expand and grow, our need for support becomes ever more important to enable us to function and continue to offer the same level of service both internally and to our customer base. Therefore an opportunity has arisen to join our office team. The team you will be joining is a group of friendly hard working colleagues who predominantly focus in the sales and purchasing area of the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales order processing support (through various applications including SAGE)

· Documentation collation

· Processing Overtime on to our HR software

· Excel data input for Production team

· General Sales support (answering the phones / advising customers of lead times or delivery dates)

· General support in the Sales office

The Candidate

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ideally have experience on SAGE (preferred but not essential)

· A strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask.

· Be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.

· Good computer skills including full Microsoft suite.

This will be commensurate with experience and skillset

Hours

We can offer flexible hours or would consider reduced hours.

Flexible working hours offered over 5 days, 37.5 hours per week.

General office hours of work – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch (an additional 2 hours can be worked Monday – Thursday to allow your day to end at 2.30pm on Fridays) with the added flexibility of hybrid working.

Holiday Entitlement

You will receive 25 working days as holiday in addition to the 8 statutory holidays. Statutory holidays are included within your entitlement and therefore, can be worked to allow you to use these 8 days at your own request. The holiday year runs 1st January to 31st December each year.
