Our UK warehouse is a modern state of the art facility located in Sevenoaks. It is conveniently located on the South Eastern railway main line. Bat & Ball National Railway is opposite the property providing regular direct services to London Blackfriars and indirect services to London Victoria via Bromley South and London Cannon Street via Sevenoaks.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our fast-paced team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers and other distribution hubs
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods, verifying accuracy of deliveries and reporting discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner (training will be provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date and replenished as necessary
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs/23 kg) regularly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided if needed)
