About the job
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the face and the voice of Dialexy before our corporate customers and partners. You will help them understand our products and services, find the most appropriate solution to their needs, and support them until they are fully onboarded, checking in from time to time afterwards to ensure any potential new needs are recorded and addressed.
You will mainly work with organisations in the education sector - such as colleges and universities, in the immigration sector - such as a consulates and law firms, and with professional bodies of various professions and refugee organisations. These organisations shape our world and deserve the best services and care we can offer them.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out appropriate market research to understand opportunities and current landscape.
- Develop, build and manage a client base of professional organisations.
- Oversee the sales process at each stage, from lead generation to purchasing to fulfilment and follow up.
- Target new and existing accounts for new business.
- Work with colleagues to develop and execute sales initiatives.
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct email, email, networking events or any other route.
- Follow up on leads generated through research and promotional events.
- Analyse sales trends, track sales pipeline, review gross margin and create appropriate reports.
- Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts.
- Travel to and participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events across the UK to help promote the business.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Achieve an annual target of 150k in new revenue.
- Keep all required management information systems up to date.
