The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Support and Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, clients, suppliers, contractors, and managing all incoming business calls to the university's head office.
In addition to receptionist duties, you will provide a central business administration support function, including coordinating hospitality and conference needs for head office. You will also be expected to support the facilities team with health and safety and administrative tasks.
About You:
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work well in a team, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A professional and friendly demeanour is essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
