Job description

We are looking for a friendly, efficient and flexible candidate to join our team based in the fast paced antenatal clinic at Queens hospital.

The successful candidate who can work well as part of a team, prioritising customer service and experience, whilst maintaining an efficient service with attention to detail.

The post holder is required to provide clerical support ensuring that the professional and caring image of the department is maintained at all times.

The post will involve a combination of patient contact, both directly and over the telephone, consultant and staff enquiries and a range of clerical duties intended to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the departmental systems.
