As the Project Engineer for the Powertrain Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our powertrain projects from initiation to completion. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of projects, contributing significantly to our goal of delivering powertrain and thermal systems for our product.

Who and what will you be working with?

You will be an integral part of the Powertrain and Thermal Department, interacting closely with Design Engineers, Testing Teams, and Suppliers. Reporting directly to the Head of Powertrain, you will also frequently liaise with Senior Leadership, presenting updates and strategic recommendations for project progression. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of IT.

We’re using Microsoft Office, Atlassian, Teamcenter and other tools to keep our work running smoothly, so you can expect to deal with things like MS Teams, JIRA tickets, Smartsheets, requirements capture tools etc., on daily basis.


What will you be responsible for?

  • Ensuring the successful execution of powertrain projects within the defined scope, time, and cost constraints.
  • Leading and managing the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.
  • Guaranteeing project compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policy.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks and challenges.
  • Overseeing the procurement of necessary resources and equipment for the project.
