This role involves day to day running of the pub including kitchen, functions and accomodation. The working week will consist of 5 shifts over 7 days being a mixture of day shifts and evening shifts. The average working week will be 40 hours with overtime paid extra. Experience and references are required for this position.

Salary: From £21,000.00 per year
