Receptionist - Central London
Role: Receptionist/Facilities Assistant- Whitbread
Working in our digital office, you will be at the heart of our business, managing the reception desk, greeting colleagues and visitors at our Central London office. You will coordinate various administrational tasks, as well as supporting the on-site facilities Team.
Salary: Up to 31,000- 12 month FTC

What you'll do:
Ensuring visitors are signed in and provided with guest pass Meeting room bookings through updating our system, advising individuals of alternatives if not available You will manage inbound maintenance call requests and assigning to appropriate resources as required. Mail coordination (in and out), Managing special deliveries and sort daily post for collection, frank outgoing post. Carry out administration duties as and when required. What we need:
You'll be no stranger to working on Reception, you've got a history of building great report with people and coordinating lots of administrational tasks. Effective communication skills are second nature to you, you're a people person and you can confidently deal with customers and colleagues. As the role comes with a variety of tasks to keep you engaged, you be organised, have had lots of computing experience, good with numbers and the ability to reconcile.
