Job description

The Cow Hollow Hotel is a beautifully-designed, intimate and quiet boutique hotel in the heart of The Northern Quarter. Currently one of the best hotels in Manchester, it boasts 16 beautifully designed rooms and a hipster social vibe. It has a heavy focus on friendly and engaging customer service - which is why we need you!

As part of the Reception team, you will play a key role in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly, delivering high end service in a friendly and approachable manner.

What are we looking for:

  • 1 years hotel experience in a similar role.
  • Someone who lives and breathes hospitality.
  • A team player with a passion for progression and a hunger to learn.
