What will you be doing...
- Supporting the HR service delivery by ensuring all HR initiatives and processes are compliant with current best practice, and are conducive to the business goals
- Manage HR enquiries with support from the HR Administrator, applying your knowledge and understanding of company policy and employment legislation to provide the best next steps or resolution to staff at all levels of the business
- Liaise with senior management as needed to provide nuanced guidance on disciplinary procedures, long term sickness and grievances to drive forward the best outcome for all parties
- Assist with any HR system changes and updates, reviewing internal workflows and identifying areas for improvement where you think things could be done better
- Process new starters on the HR system, ensuring they have all the necessary documentation, resources and training allocated to help them thrive from day one in their new role
- Using your data analysis skills to create monthly reports on key people metrics, helping to identify necessary intervention points or pain points for staff and how we can address them
- Build strong working relationships with staff at all levels and help to maintain effective channels of communication

- Have at least 3 years experience in a HR role, advisory experience is essential
- Have a track record of supporting internal changes and improving the HR service delivery
