Amadeus, multi award winning caterers, are a division of the NEC Group operating at venues and events in Birmingham and beyond including the NEC, the ICC, Resorts World Arena, the VOX and Arena Birmingham.
We have great opportunities available to join Freddo, the Caramel Bunny, Bertie Bassett and the team at Cadbury World as a hospitality and catering front of house team member. The position will be covering all aspects of catering, retail and hospitality operations.
The moment you walk into our venue you’ll feel a fun, welcoming vibe (and an overwhelmingly wonderful smell of chocolate) created by people who genuinely enjoy the work they do and the enthusiasm we share through our teams.
We are looking for reliable, committed individuals to join our team on a zero hour contract basis. Hours will include bank holidays and weekends. Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be given.

What you will do:
We offer a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Restaurant work
- Till operation and cash handling
- Hot plate and buffet service
- Tea and coffee service
