Key Responsibilities:
To develop and implement training scheduling plans to support the overall staffing plan in the most efficient manner, optimizing both instructor pilot and simulator resources.
- Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing the training scheduling plan for instructors, OE scheduling for line pilots and LCA's, using simulators, and pilot instructors in the most efficient manner.
- Continue to coordinate the training plan when implemented.
- React to deviations to develop efficient alternatives.
- Develop long and short-term contract training plans to increase revenue.
- Coordinate recurrent training requirements for pilots.
- Schedule initial operating experience, ensuring resources are used efficiently with limit impact to the line operations.
- Coordinate the scheduling of all line checks ensuring compliance with the FARs.
- Interact with Workforce Planning, Fleet Managers People Planning and Crew Scheduling, seeking input to the plan and ensuring the plan is communicated to all responsible parties.
- Responsible for ensuring effective communication is maintained will all partners.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

- Knowledge of contractual work rules and FARs
The salary for this position is $50,000-$62,000, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
