Job description
This is an important role which requires meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. You will act as the first point of contact for customers providing a first class customer service. Using a number of computer based systems you will be tasked with locating relevant information in line with our stakeholder’s requirements. You will work as part of a team to manage your workload efficiently and meet department objectives.

This is a permanent and pensionable appointment and new entrants will normally start on the minimum of the pay range. Candidates with a disability who meet the essential criteria below will be invited to the assessments.
- Provide clients with accurate information in a warm and friendly manner which may be by telephone, email and online.
- Process applications for stakeholders.
- Inbox monitoring and management.
- Maintain correct and up-to-date stakeholder information.
- Handle sensitive and personal information in line with data protection and confidentiality rules.
- Process and Complete customer applications ensuring accuracy of data entry.
- Work as part of a team to resolve or escalate customer queries and complaints.
- Support your Team Leader and other team members in carrying out daily work activities and when new projects arise.
- Access criminal history databases and interrogate as appropriate in line with current legislation.
- Support all peer groups taking part in Continuous Improvement activities.
