Salary: £21,761 to £22,630 per annum (£10,880 to £11,315 pro rata)

The Role
We are looking to appoint a part time morning Receptionist to provide a friendly, efficient and customer focused reception and telephone service. In many cases the Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for visitors to the university and, as such, they play a key part in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Required Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will interact with a wide range of visitors therefore it is essential that they have excellent interpersonal skills. They should also have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently and have a willingness to support colleagues in the team.
Experience of working in a reception or front of house environment is essential. Knowledge and experience of operating a telephone switchboard system is desirable, however we also welcome applications from candidates without this experience as full training will be provided.
