Are you a recruiter, looking to join a market leading law firm who are the blue print for the future of legal services? You will join a growing team based in their Manchester HQ.

This firm are looking for a recruiter with a minimum of 12-months experience to join their growing in-house team. They are happy to consider candidates with agency or in-house experience.

The role:

In this role you will play a part in supporting the team they have in place. You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment on strategy, planning and general recruitment.

You do not have to have prior legal knowledge as you will go through a thorough training plan to make sure you know the market inside out.

They have an exciting and highly experienced team in place, so you will build a wealth of knowledge putting you in a great position to progress up the ranks.

They offer a lot of flexibility to WFH (2 days in the office and 3 days out) but it is crucial the right candidate is able to get to their Manchester office.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 12 months recruitment experience – agency or in-house

· A proactive and driven approach to sourcing candidates

· Ability to build effective, lasting relationships

· You must thrive in a target driven environment

Remuneration:

· Starting salary up to £40,000 DOE

· Lucrative bonus structure
