The firm are looking for a dedicated receptionist / administration assistant to join its
secretarial team.
Main Responsibilities:
· Answering telephone calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff members and taking accurate messages when necessary.
· Greeting clients and visitors
· Preparation and processing emails
· Dealing with Incoming Post
· Filing of copy documents
· Photocopying and scanning duties
· Assisting with setting up, closing and archiving of files
· Other ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
· 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A*-C or other relevant experience/qualifications
· Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
· Strong IT skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary offered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
