Job description
Westminster Under School is seeking a professional and customer focused Receptionist to join our Reception Team.
The Receptionist is responsible for front of house matters, such as answering the telephone and greeting visitors, as well as receiving deliveries and managing lost property.
The Receptionist is also responsible for assisting with administrative matters, such as pupil attendance registers, inputting data on the school management information system, and providing support with school events, such as open days.
This role is term time only and the hours of work are 7.50 am to 4.50 pm, Monday to Friday as well as a minimum of three Saturdays to assist with open days.
