We are offering a fixed term appointment as a Human Resources Business Intelligence Apprentice. The length of the contract will depend on the apprenticeship course and will be between 2.5 and 3.5 years. Experience in this area will provide an excellent opportunity if you are considering a future career either as an HR professional or in business intelligence/data analysis.
The role will support the Pay, Rewards and Employee Relations Manager and the HR Systems Advisor in providing business intelligence , high quality workforce information and advice to HR and the wider organisation, using a range of software tools. At the same time the post will support other work of the team including job evaluation, research and assisting with policy development and pay and rewards projects.
The Apprentice will be supported and given time to complete one of the following apprenticeships:
- Level 5 HR Consultant Partner
- Level 6 Digital and technology solutions professional (integrated degree) / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (specifically the Data Analyst Specialism)
- Level 4 Data analyst / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
The successful applicant will also be able to access a variety of in-house learning and development opportunities to support furthering their career. Training will also be provided in the use of SAP Business Objects and the iTrent HR/Payroll System.
The minimum requirements to undertake the apprenticeship courses are proof of 5 x GCSE (A-C) including Maths and English.
To be eligible for apprenticeship funding the following criteria must be met. You must either:
- Be a UK national who has been ordinarily resident in the UK, the British Overseas Territories, or Crown Dependencies for the previous three years.
- Have the right of abode status and have been ordinarily resident in the UK, the British Overseas Territories, or Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for at least the previous three years.
