We are looking for a receptionist to work on at least 5 days a week with 8 hours shifts.
Duties: answering emails, make phone calls, answering questions, monitoring the gates, etc
Wacky Kingdom is the UK’s most exciting new children indoor play, opening Kingston in October 2022. We are searching for exceptional, highly driven staff for our brand new club.

You are responsible the reception, stock and secondary spend income. A receptionist is the first person our members and potential members meet when they walk into an Wacky Kingdom. First impressions count.

Key duties and responsibilities:
· Meet and greet customers and potential customers
· Deal with queries, requests and complaints quickly, efficiently and professionally
· Booking customers in for events/parties
· Opening and closing the club
· Making sure the reception desk, bar area and club remains clean and tidy at all times
· Processing sales and taking payment through system
· Deal with membership problems including arrears
· Promote sales of food drink and other merchandise
· Stock takes
· Changing room checks
· Achieving sales targets for Front Desk Revenue
