This new part-time (0.6 FTE) post is immediately available on a permanent basis.
This is a part-time role for 21.9 hours per week. Hours to be worked are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8.00-4.00 or 9.00-5.00 depending on rota.
Summary of the role
You will be joining a motivated and experienced team delivering a first-class service in a reception based on the Streatham Campus. You will be joining a team of Reception staff who support and manage several receptions across the campus with the expectation of homing a main base but the ability to work across all receptions.
We are seeking a motivated individual who has a proven record in delivering excellent administrative skills, has prior experience in telephony, and the ability to deal with a wide range of inquiries by phone, email, and face to face. Also have experience in the use of various IT systems for which full training will be provided.
Signposting visitors, VIPs, students, and staff will also be a part of the daily remit. It is expected that the successful applicant will be well presented and flexible in their approach to the demands of the business to provide an exemplary front of house experience.
