The role will include:
- Making reservations over the phone, by email and in person.
- General administrative duties
- Checking in guests, dealing with day to day customer enquiries and supporting the Reception Manager
- Assisting the Finance Manager with administration
- Directing guests and visitors

- Previous experience preferable
- Knowledge of excel, word, outlook and hospitality software would be advantageous
