As a Beauty Advisor, Services at Sephora UK, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional makeup and skincare services to our valued clients. Your extensive knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques, combined with your passion for customer service, will ensure an unforgettable shopping experience for every client. You will be responsible for offering personalized consultations, recommending suitable products, and demonstrating application techniques to enhance the client's beauty regimen. Your expertise and enthusiasm will contribute to the success of our new beauty retailer in the UK.
Responsibilities:
· Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
· Demonstrate expertise in skincare and makeup application techniques, including but not limited to foundation matching, contouring, and eye makeup.
· Assist clients in selecting suitable products by understanding their skincare concerns, desired looks, and lifestyle factors.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry knowledge to offer informed recommendations.
· Conduct product demonstrations and offer in-depth product knowledge to educate clients about features, benefits, and usage instructions.
· Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all products and tools are sanitized and readily available.
· Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and actively participate in promotional events and campaigns.
· Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, personalized follow-ups, and product recommendations.
· Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the store.
· Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills:
· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment or beauty industry.
· In-depth knowledge of skincare and makeup products, brands, and application techniques.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and build relationships.
· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
· Passion for the beauty industry, staying updated with the latest trends and product launches.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize client needs.
· Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
· Understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices in relation to beauty products and tools.
· Qualifications in beauty therapy or relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary: £6.85-£12.00 per hour
