Here at The Recruitment Junction, we are working with a global, leading employer who is looking to hire a corporate receptionist to join their talented team. To be performing reception, administrative and secretarial duties.
What will I be doing?
- Meeting and greeting all visitors who arrive in the building
- Administration and organisational duties including photocopying, printing, booking taxis etc
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
The ideal candidate will:
- Have great customer service with a warm personality
- Have good organisation
- Able to interact with a range of people, face to face, over the phone and emails
- Good IT and Microsoft skills
- Smart appearance

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.
The Recruitment Junction and the employer are taking all reasonable precautions around Covid-19 and following government guidance. Masks are encouraged and regular hand sanitisation. The employer will also have a range of other covid secure regulations and will provide PPE as required.

Salary: £11.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
