Hourly rate starting at £8.95 per hour, negotiable DOE.
Frankie & Lola’s is an award-winning Family Entertainment Centre business founded in Inverness in 2014. We pride ourselves on our commitment to creating a fun and safe environment for families, delivering outstanding food and beverage offerings from our café, and working to give back to our community at every opportunity.
We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Children's Entertainer who will provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for the children who visit Frankie + Lola's. First-class performances will include singing, dancing, acting and planning exciting and vibrant activities that children and parents alike will remember. You will be a key member of the team, injecting fun and energy into every moment of the visit.
As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring every interaction our customers have with Frankie & Lola’s is better than the last.
Responsibilities include;
- Providing memorable moments to our guests dressed as their favourite characters, role-playing and having photographs taken, singing, dancing and creating fun with the use of face painting and balloon art.
- Engaging with parents and kids alike to make their visit exciting.
- Building relationships with customers.
- Delivering on the challenge to provide the best entertainment for our customers, and working with the team to hit targets and goals.
- You'll spend time developing your skills with us, planning performances, sourcing and preparing props and costumes and working with management to help market your services and ensure a smooth delivery of each performance.
Applicant Profile - What we look for in an excellent Children's Entertainer;
- Friendly and outgoing nature, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident in delivering family-friendly performances using props, costumes, and going above and beyond to engage children and parents alike.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn and deliver an experience to remember.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and individually.
- Computer literacy required.
- Ability to provide services such as face painting, balloon art, magic etc. desired but not strictly required.
