We are now looking to recruit Trainee Branch Managers in the Greater London area.
The Role:
· Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
· Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
· Drive and motivate your team
· Interviewing and recruiting new staff
· Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
· Organising rotas and holidays
The Candidate: The ideal Branch Manager will possess the following attributes:
· At least 2 years Managerial experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds, but it is essential that you have had managerial experience.
· Retail/ Customer Service experience
· Continuity in employment
· Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
· An understanding of KPI’s
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Time management skills
